Bad service drive thru

Stopped by last night and ordered a 2 piece white meat meal. This has always come with 2 sides- I did not order a drink. The girl said it was $9 and change . I asked her why that much for a 2 piece meal and she said it only came with 1 side. When I got to the window, she said it would be 20 min. before the biscuits were ready and they would give me another piece of chicken. I replied “no thanks “ and went to the New Port Richey KFC where I ordered the exact same meal for $6 and change.What a rip -off. Never going there again.

Great Food, Always Fresh, Very Friendly Staff, And Also Very Clean Inside !!

What a rude bunch of night workers. They were nasty with bad attitudes taking my order so I just left. Not dealing with attitudes of some children that do not know the first thing about the service industry. First and last visit!!!!

Food was was good. Service was a little slow but it was very busy. Even though I requested sauces, I only got 3 for 3 meals. One word of warning, if you plan on going inside, wear your winter clothes. Its uncomfortably cold in there. I saw women putting on their hats and gloves.

Very rude people

Waited 38 mins in the drive thru from the time I ordered til I picked up...only 3 cars in line ahead of me!!! Asked for extra napkins. NOT only did I not get ANY napkins, I got no straw or utensils...all requested for at the pick up window. I got only 2 tenders, I ordered a 3 render meal...but I got a long hair in my chicken. Ugh and they didn't even apologize for the obnoxious wait. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Very good and divine attention and delicious taste

Ordered a $5 box of dark meat chicken at 9pm and they didn't thighs. Wanted to substitute a wing. Ordered a side of coleslaw and a drink. There was no coleslaw and the drink, a Mt Dew was all carbonation. Very disappointed. When I tried to call at 9:30 they hung up. Very sad for a new Chicken Restaurant as it's listed.

Miserably cold inside. I couldn't even finish my food.

This store does not understand their own menu and when they make mistakes can’t even make an effort to reach out with courteous customer service 25 minutes to have my ordered messed up and only thing they offer me is my money back I guess I’ll go get lunch next-door at Wawa thanks KFC

Nice and clean new location. Have been a few times and food is always hot and fresh. Drive thru is quick and workers are friendly.

Great food and friendly.

I ordered a Fill Up Family Meal through the Drive-Through. The service was great and Cassandra at the window was very friendly and had great customer service. However, when I got home to serve dinner, all of the chicken was very dry and didn't taste fresh. Also, the 2 small wings they gave us with the meal, had NO meat on them. They were very dark and overcooked and we couldn't even eat them.

Glad one moved to the neighborhood!

KFC isn't as good as it us to be

Excellent food! Great and fast service! All employees are always extremely friendly and helpful! We have been waiting for this KFC to open! They make us happy every time we eat there!

Located on the west side of US 19 in Holiday, FL. This KFC will be a welcome food option to the area.

Brand new through and through. All the same delicious chicken in a super clean place.

Bad customer service we waiting 20min in the drive thru and when we at the window the lady say they no more chicken but people in the back steal get food that's bad
